How do I start a return?

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days after receiving your item.

What condition must returns be in?

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

Who pays for return shipping?

• We cover it if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Customer pays for change-of-mind returns.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
