Kapadia Enterprises Ltd provides a transparent return process for all customers. Because we work with multiple international warehouses and suppliers, the return address depends on the product and the warehouse it was shipped from.


Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.


Return Address

Most returns are processed through our fulfilment partners located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
Because our products are fulfilled by different warehouses, each product has a different return location.

You must contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct warehouse address for your specific product.

Returns sent to the wrong warehouse cannot be processed.

Please include your order number and photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective.


Eligibility for Returns

Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with all accessories
• Sent to the correct warehouse address we provide
• Approved by our support team before shipping back


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the warehouse confirms return receipt and condition.
