Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.


Shipping Origin

Depending on product availability, items may be shipped from one of our fulfilment centres located in:

  • China (main fulfilment location – Shenzhen, Guangdong)

  • Hong Kong

  • United Kingdom (when stock is available)

Your order will always be shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination to improve delivery speed.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–12 business days

  • UK deliveries: Typically 4–10 business days

  • International deliveries: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, customs checks, or holiday seasons.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the customer is unavailable, the courier may return the package to the warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.
